Here's how to build every stage:

Stage 1: Get cold attention using the Content Waterfall OS

Objective: Get the attention of your ideal buyers on social media

The first step is attracting your ideal customers on social media.

You do so by creating content that solves their problems. The more, the better.

To do so, use the Content Waterfall System -

It starts by creating one "pillar" piece, like a blog post or X thread. Then, you dissect that into dozens of related content pieces:

  • 3 X videos
  • 3 LinkedIn carousels
  • 3 IG reels
  • 10 tweets
  • 1 newsletter
  • 1 YouTube video

This allows you to maintain digital omnipresence. You create 26X more content than your competitors. You stay top-of-mind with your audience - without living on social media all day.

Stage 2: Warm your leads using newsletters and workshops

Objective: Deepen your prospect's trust and desire with value-loaded content

The next phase is converting those followers into leads.

You do so by getting them to raise their hand and ask for more.

Two of the most effective tools for this are:

1) Newsletters

2) Live workshops

Think of your newsletter as a "deep dive" into the stuff you talk about on social media. Send one email a week that includes:

  • 1 personal story to build trust and connection
  • 1 highly actionable system or insight that's useful to the reader
  • 1 call-to-action to get more leads

Don't hold back - give away your secrets for free.

As for workshops, these allow you to connect with prospects at scale and deliver a "wow" experience.

The 80/20 of hosting a great workshop is:

1. Have an irresistible title that promises ultra-specific results

2. Provide actionable content that provides immediate value

3. Create a smooth transition into your paid offer as the natural next step

Stage 3: Convert hot leads into buyers (using Pitch OS)

Objective: Turn leads into buyers

When you have leads, your Slack will look something like this:

By this stage, you've captured attention and built demand.

Now it's time to convert these leads into buyers using an expertly crafted pitch for your flagship program or service.

Over the past decade, my businesses have generated over $10 million from sales calls alone.

My Pitch OS condenses those 14,000+ hours into the following 10-step framework:

1. Clarify the specific transformation your offer provides

2. Map out key milestones and breakthrough steps in your process

3. Organize steps into 3-5 memorable pillars with unique frameworks

4. Craft a clear, compelling one-liner that summarizes the primary result

5. Break down what's included in each pillar, tying to benefits

6. Describe proprietary methods that create big shifts quickly

7. Define key deliverables like templates, tools, and trainings

8. Paint a picture of how each deliverable improves their life or business

9. Structure pitch points into a logical flow that drives action

10. Roleplay the pitch until it's authentic and second nature

The focus is on selling the result, not the process.

Stage 4: Make your buyers happy (and build compounding social proof)

Objective: Deliver raving fan service and collect powerful social proof

Contrary to popular belief, a sale isn't the end of your customer journey. It's just the beginning.

If you want a wildly successful business with endless referrals and a sterling reputation - you need to create raving fans. Customers who shout about their experience from the rooftops.

How?

By overdelivering at every touchpoint.

Go above and beyond what they expect.

Here are some ways you can systematize this in your business:

  • Send personalized welcome videos to each new client
  • Check in regularly to ensure they are getting the promised results
  • Surprise them with unannounced bonus content and resources
  • Showcase their successes and celebrate milestones along the way

Do the unscalable.

Here’s a template you can use to collect testimonials:

Hey [name] - I found your story and success incredibly inspiring on our last call. Would you be able to leave a testimonial on your experience to help inspire other founders like you? Thanks in advance and I hope you have a beautiful day!

The goal is to make your clients feel like the most important person in your business. So they become a walking, talking endorsement for your brand.

Stage 5: Create joy and let your customers ascend your Value Ladder

Objective: Boost customer lifetime value with ongoing offers and opportunities

It costs 7X more to get a new customer than to keep an existing one.

Yet so many businesses leave piles of money on the table by ignoring the "back end."

That's where the Value Ladder System comes in.

It's a strategic system for increasing the lifetime value of each hard-earned customer. To have them continue to buy from you for years to come.

Aim for a value ladder with:

  • One low-ticket offer (I'm launching a book soon to cater to this)
  • One high-ticket offer (my Founder OS program)
  • One very-high-ticket offer (the Founder OS Mastermind)
